Former CNMG chairman robbed

Former Caribbean New Media Group (CNMG) chairman Brian Stone was robbed by an unknown assailant yesterday morning.
According to police reports, around 1.30 a.m., Stone and his family were asleep at their home in Blue Range, Diego Martin, when an armed assailant forced his way into the home.
The man reportedly pointed a firearm at Stone and his family before tying them up and robbing them.
Among the items stolen, police said, was a licensed firearm, an estimated $20,000 in cash, and a quantity of jewelry.
Stone managed to untie himself and his family before contacting the police.
Investigations are continuing.
