ToolsGosine fire ruled as arsonTHE fire which broke out at the home of National Petroleum chairman Neil Gosine on Monday morning has been classified as an act of arson. Police said they are working on several leads after receiving information that the Valsayn house was fire-bombed, which led to approximately $3 million in damage.
