Mechanic in court for 32 offences against teen

MECHANIC Ryan Dabideen appeared in the San Fernando Magistrates' Court yesterday, charged with 32 sex offences against a teenage girl.

Dabideen, 41, of San Fernando, was taken before Justice of the Peace Mary Phillip.

He was remanded in prison custody and is expected back before the San Fernando Magistrates' Court today.

It is alleged that between September to November last year, Dabideen raped a 14-year-old once and allegedly committed 31 acts of indecent assault against the girl.

PC Donald Snaggs of the Ste Madeleine Police Station laid the charge against the father of two, who was arrested at his home.
