A woman and her two children were tied up by three armed men, who broke into their home on Thursday.
Police said Ann Marie Hall-Carrington, 45, was with her daughters, aged three and 15, at their McBean Road, Couva, home around 2 p.m., when the men entered. The three were tied up and ordered to lie on the floor.
The men searched the house and escaped with a quantity of jewelry, three pairs of sneakers valued $2,600 and three cellphones.
The victims were untied by a relative who visited an hour later.
