The mother told police she was given a document and advised to take the child to the Paediatric Unit of the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex at Mount Hope for treatment.

The mother said she returned home to pack a bag before taking her son to the hospital when around 12.30 pm she realised he was lifeless.
