A press release issued yesterday from the Office of the Mayor stated the San Fernando Disaster Management Unit (SDMU) and the Office of the Mayor embarked on a "Disaster Relief Supplies Drive" to help residents of Diego Martin and environs affected by the floods. The release stated that canned food, clothing and other items can be left at SDMU at City Hall, Harris Promenade in San Fernando, and the items will be sent to the Diego Martin Regional Corporation to be distributed.
