Two more shot dead - murder toll 81

TWO Laventille men were shot dead minutes apart in separate attacks on Monday night, taking the country's murder toll to 81.
Dead are Paul Williams and Kerwin Fevecque.
According to police reports around 8.50 p.m. on Monday residents of Upper Thomasine Street, Laventille heard several gunshots in the area.
The residents contacted the Besson Street Police Station.
Officers from the Inter Agency Task Force, responded and found 48-year-old Williams lying in a pool of blood along the roadway.
He was shot several times.
Williams was rushed to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing emergency treatment.
While detectives were investigating Williams shooting another report of a shooting in the Laventille area was made to the Besson Street Police Station.
According to police reports 15 minutes later residents of Block 22 in Laventille heard gunshots in their area
When officers arrives 40-year-old Kerwin Fevecque was found lying in a pool of blood along the roadway.
Fevecque sustained gunshot wounds to his head and upper body.
Fevecque was rushed to the Port of Spain General Hospital and was pronounced dead on arrival.
Investigators believe Fevecque was killed for a Blackberry cellphone.
He was an employee of the Port of Spain Corporation.
In an unrelated incident, Ryan Ramoutar died at the Sangre Grande Hospital on Monday after being found earlier in the day by a gardener.
Ramoutar was found with a gunshot wound.
