Adams’ body to come back tomorrow

The body of deceased national footballer Akeem Adams will be brought home tomorrow evening, along with his mother Ancilla Dick-Adams and his brother Akini. There will be a press conference at the VIP Lounge of the Piarco International Airport shortly after the arrival of the British Airways Flight BA2159 which is scheduled to arrive at 6 p.m.
Adams died of a stroke in December following a massive heart attack last year in Hungary where he played club football.
His funeral is tentatively scheduled for Friday at 11.30 a.m. at the Mahaica Oval in Point Fortin.
