A chance to be part of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB) Premiership Twenty20 Festival will be at stake when the Championship Division T20 quarterfinals bowl off today.
The semifinals of the Championship T20 will be played alongside the semis of the Premier Division T20, at the TTCB T20 Festival, at Guaracara Park, Pointe-a-Pierre, in May.
Today, Queen’s Park Cricket Club (QPCC) 2 tackle Rahamut’s Evergreen in the first Championship T20 quarterfinal at Munroe Road Cricket Ground from three p.m., before Prisons take on Valiant’s in the second match of the double-header from seven p.m..
The other quarterfinal matches take place tomorrow, at Kennedy Park in Diamond Village, South Trinidad, with CLICO Preysal in action against Victoria from three p.m. and Munroe Road taking on Jenexcon Tableland from seven p.m..
QPCC 2 defeated Victoria in the round of 12, last week, while Preysal beat Evergreen to secure their spot in the last eight.
Evergreen and Victoria qualified for the quarterfinals as the best losers in the round of 12.
