Funeral for ex-Belmont player this week

 Former Belmont Boys Intermediate footballer Llewellyn “Bummy” Dickson-Montrichard, who died last month at his home in the USA, will be laid to rest Wednesday.

Dickson-Montrichard was a key member of the  school’s 1969  National Colleges League championship-winning squad.

He was 63 and  is survived by his wife, Dr May Eliza Miller Montrichard, his three daughters, Chaka, Sarah and Marybeth, two sons, Llewellyn III and Kevin, one sister, Elizabeth Hill-Royer and  one brother, Christopher Dickson.

The memorial service and repast for Dickson-Montrichard takes place on Wednesday  at the St. Martin’s Catholic  Church, Gonzales, Port of Spain from 5 p.m.

The repast will immediately follow the service and will take place at Belmont Boys’ Secondary, Belmont Circular Road, Belmont.
