WASA top the Blink/Bmobile National Super League and will look to stretch further clear today when they host Tobago club 1976 F.C. Phoenix at WASA, St. Joseph today. Three victories and a draw have put former Trinidad & Tobago FA Trophy champions WASA ahead in the standings with 10 points from four matches. WASA picked up a third victory of the season last Sunday beating Siparia Spurs 1-0.

WASA are just one point clear of second placed Joe Public and West Superstarz, both on nine points. Joe Public have a good chance of winning again today when they travel to Biche to meet the bottom team Biche United who have lost all four matches played since joining the Super League this season. Last week, Joe Public edged Real Maracas 2-1 on an early Andre Toussaint goal in the third minute and an 86th minute winner from Julian Landeau. Between those goals, Michael Alexis brought Maracas level in the 12th minute.

Meanwhile, Superstarz are coming off an emphatic 4-0 win over 1976 F.C. Phoenix , a game in which former St Anthony's College striker Qian Grovesnor and Troy Thompson both scored twice. Today, Starz will travel to Homeland Garden to meet Central club Eagles United.
