Mohammed to lead T&T women

 West Indies spinner Anisa Mohammed will lead the Trinidad and Tobago women’s cricket team for the West Indies Cricket Board Regional Women’s 50-over tournament which will be held in Dominica from August 5-14.

Mohammed takes the reigns from regular captain Merissa Aguillera, who will miss the regional tournament due to her ongoing rehabilitation from injury.

Shenelle Lord will serve as vice-captain in the side which will welcome two new players in Rachel Marcano and Reneice Boyce.

Marcano captained the Under-15 team which toured Argentina in 2008 while Reneice Boyce skippered T&T Under-19 side in the just concluded Under-19 Invitational Regional tournament which was hosted by the T&T Women’s Cricket Association.
