Moruga RC clinch Inter-School girls’ title

 Moruga Girls RC copped the 2014 Atlantic National Primary Schools Cricket League Inter-Schools Girls' title with an easy nine-wicket win over Rochard Douglas Presbyterian in the final at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain on Friday.

Rochard Douglas could muster only 100 for nine wickets in their 20 overs with the most consistent batter for them all season, Alyssa Ramnath hitting ten runs. Extras amounted to 67.

Moruga RC then romped to 103 for one with nine overs to spare. Jayriel Charles came good, scoring 44, while Patrice McGilvry notched 25.
