NAAA development meet at Crawford Stadium

The National Association of Athletics Administrations (NAAA) development series commenced on January 12 at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, where there was a record turnout by athletes, officials and supporters. Carifta 2013 standouts, Mark London and Jeminise Parris were both double winners on the day.

The second development meet was held last weekend at the Larry Gomes Stadium in Malabar with a comparable level of participation by athletes.

The third development meet, which was originally carded for the Ato Boldon Stadium tomorrow, will now take place at the Crawford Stadium, starting at 10 a.m.

These meets are being used by the athletes as preparation for various competitions this season. Other development meets are planned for February 1 (Crawford Stadium), 9 (Gomes Stadium) and 16 (Crawford Stadium). All results are carried on the association’s website, www.ttnaaa.org.
