For Guyana, left-arm spinner Veerasammy Permaul grabbed two for 20, while leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo took one for 22.

T&T manager Omar Khan told the Express it was good to see the players coming together for the first time since the conclusion of CPL T20. “Gelling together as a unit was important and getting the feel of the Red Force family and of course, wanting to get back that winning habit. We have another game tonight (last night) and we hope to improve in the areas of execution in the batting and try to target a higher score and see where it goes from there,” he said.
