Preysal, Munroe Road try to stay perfect in Championship

 CLICO Preysal and Munroe Road Cricket Club will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent record when the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board Championship Division two-day competition resumes this weekend.

Preysal lead the North Central Championship Division with 96 points and will face second placed Felicity Sports (76 points) in a top-of-the-table clash at Inshan Ali Park, Preysal bowling off today at 10 a.m. and continuing tomorrow from 9:30 a.m.

Munroe Road also have a sizable lead in the East North East Championship with 91 points, while UTT are second with 65.

Munroe Road are in action against Explorers Sports at Brooklyn Sangre Grande while UTT take on UWI Cricket Club at Sir Frank Worrell Ground in St Augustine.

In the South Championship, Tableland lead with 70 points with Valiants Sports second on 60.

Tableland tackle MYO this weekend at MYO Ground while Valiants take on Rousillac United in Rousillac.
