ToolsT&T women need big win vs DominicaTrinidad and Tobago will have to win big in their final Regional Women's Twenty20 match against Dominica at Kensington Park, Jamaica today to clinch a place in tomorrow's Grand Final. The top two teams after today's final preliminary round will square off in the Grand Final at Sabina Park from 2 p.m. (Jamaica time), while the third and fourth place teams will contest the Consolation Final from 10 a.m. at the same venue. T&T, Jamaica and Barbados are all on 25 points heading into today's matches, with T&T leading the standings with a superior net run rate of +2.91. To ensure they stay in pole position T&T will have to secure a big victory against last place Dominica. Jamaica are second with a net run rate of +2.58, while Barbados are third with +2.35. Jamaica will be up against sixth place Grenada at Chedwin Park from 2 p.m., while Barbados face fifth place St Vincent & the Grenadines at Kensington Park from 2 p.m. In the other match today, Guyana face St Lucia at Chedwin Park from 10 a.m. |
