Tricky Tobago clash for WASA

SUPER LEAGUE leaders WASA Football Club head to Tobago on Sunday for a tricky assignment against 1976 Phoenix FC.

The Tobago club is coming off a 1-0 win over title contenders Westside Superstarz, a victory which kept Stars from joining WASA at the head of the table. Making full use of home advantage, Phoenix won on a 75th minute Delroy Fraser goal.

WASA, meanwhile. will have to give a better performance playing away than in their 1-1 home draw with Siparia Spurs last weekend.

Playing at their St Joseph headquarters, WASA led in the 41st minute through Kerron Smith, only for Sean Leoung-Tat to pull Spurs level at 1-1 in the 65th minute.
