Unbeaten Moosai Ladies, Phoenix clash for top spot

Defending Trinidad and Tobago Women's Cricket Association (TTWCA) Premier Division champions Moosai Ladies will be in for a tough fight tomorrow when they host leaders Phoenix in a top of the table clash at El Dorado West Secondary, from 11 a.m.

Both teams are unbeaten and locked at 12 points each, with Phoenix at the top of the six-team standings thanks to a better net run rate.

Batting first, Moosai posted a competitive 171 in 33.4 overs with Kirbyina Alexander's top score of 31 lead the way. There were also handy contributions of 26 and 25 from Leeann Kirby and Chadean Nation respectively.
