T&T and the visitors square off in the second match of the series on Sunday at the Couva venue (Ato Boldon) before the Spanish-speaking CONMEBOL team clash again with T&T from 6.30 p.m. next Tuesday. Trinidad and Tobago 's senior women will be using the matches as part of their preparation for the inaugural Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Women Caribbean Cup, which will be held here from August 19-26, while also serving as the opening stage of qualifying for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup which will be held across six Canadian cities from June 6 -July 5, 2015.

Following the games against Venezuela, the local women’s senior team will engage in a one month training camp in Houston, Texas, USA , before hosting the eight-team Women Caribbean Cup, which serves as the opening round of World Cup qualifying.
