Water polo boys off to California


READY FOR ACTION: The Trinidad and Tobago Under-19 water polo squad.

 The Trinidad and Tobago Under-19 male water polo team left yesterday for California to compete in the Pan Am Juniors which will be takings place in Riverside from Monday through July 15.

The T&T side recently won gold in the Florida State Championships and head coach Alan Too A Foo remains extremely..... on earning a place at the World Junior championships.

"The objective is to earn a much coveted place at the World Juniors being held in Turkey in 2015" said Too A Foo. Five members of this team were part of the World Junior team which competed in Perth Australia in 2012 and finished 18th in the world ranking. 

Also competing in California will be the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Peru.

T&T Squad: Sebastian van Reeken, Joseph Herrera, Leon Daniel, Aaron Sheppard, Justin Bhola, Kieron Emmanuel, Jonathan Gillette, Kyle Ferreira, Adrian Hinds, Johann Callender, Justin Bodden, & Kryztien Sharpe. Alan Too a Foo (head coach), Daniel Alvarez (assistant coach).
