Wilson heads North Zone Umpires Association

Recently-elected International Cricket Council (ICC) umpire, Joel Wilson was re-elected as chairman of the North Zone Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association, at its annual general meeting, on September 10, at the Queen's Park Oval in Port of Spain.

Three new faces have been added to the association's management committee. Samuel Gibson replaces former Test umpire Clyde Cumberbatch as vice-chairman, Premchand Roopia is the new general secretary after defeating Marlene De Gannes, and first-timer Ashtine Bartholomew was installed as one of four committee members.

New Executive

Secretary: Premchand Roopia

Assistant secretary: Damien Salandy

Treasurer: Shair Ali

Committee members: Gerald Hendrickson, Marlene DeGannes, Dennis Suraj, Ashtine Bartholomew
