Jordan (three for 13) and Jones (three for 12) removed the Afghan openers early in the innings as Afghanistan were dismissed for 84.
The Windies skipper, Ramaal Lewis from Jamaica chipped in with three for 20.
Guyana’s Shimron Hetmyer hit an unbeaten 46 off 56 balls as West Indies replied with 85 for one off 18.5 overs.
The West Indies Under-19s face New Zealand Under-19s in their second and final warm-up match, tomorrow, at Sevens Stadium in Dubai.
