These dog are owned by the same guy with the layer's farm at LP8, Kowlessur Road, Sangre Chquito. His proprty ONLY has a concrete wall to the front. The chain link fence to the sides & back are almost non existent. The dogs have bitten passers by several times.as well as people who went to buy eggs. They even up to yesterday (28/03/12) started biting the bumper of a vehiclewhilst the driver stopped to do a purchase. The dog have attacked other dogs in the area even killing one.He makes no effort to assist those bitten other than to say, as he did to a child, 'Go & tell your mother to carry you hospital. No efforts to carry the person bitten although both he & his wife are drivers owning several vehicles. Not EVEN a cent to assist in obtaining transport & medications. The dogs roam the road & neighbours' premises at any hour but more early mornings & night time. Sangre Grande Police stations have numerous reports. The Police warns the owner who then either ties the dogs or put them in a kennel for a few days. Then loose again.
This has been going on for some years now and a neighbour had gotten in contact with Attorbey Kevin Rattiram who as presenter highlighted it on WINTV's program- EYE ON CRIME (in 2011).Mr. Ratiram was influential in having the owner of the dogs secure them (dogs) for approximately 2 months. They are loose again, attacking people on the road.

I totally agree with Trini Rebel. Why are those dogs still alive. Obviously the owner cannot control his animals, then John Public should control them for him. Toss them a piece of poisoned meat. End of story.
