This dangerous openmanhole can be found on the Eastern Main Road opposite Boodoo Highway in Sangre Chiquito. This has been previously covered by planks which rotted & were replaced by the Ministry of Works, Sangre Grande with a concrete cover which soon started falling apart as though the concrete was actually paper mache. Kowlessur Road which is obliquely opposite Boodoo Highway is overgrown with bushes, there are grassy outgrowths in the drains causing blockage. The relevant personnel at the Sangre Grande Regional Corporation as well as the Councillor for the area ARE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION BUT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE A HOOT as is said.
