The pictures themselves tell the story of flooding out of under and around a house at Kowlessur Road in Sangre Chiquito due to the indiscriminate channelling of drains by the owner of a layers farm who lives uphill at lamp pole 8 in tha same road as well as the dumping of plastics such as bottles of all sizes inclusive of farm medications, sweet drinks & motor oils, into the water course by the owner & his workers. The video of the deluge of water from that farm was submitted on June 23, 2012. In these still photos pictures 1, 3 & 4 are the result of the deluge as per video and picture 2. Complaints to the EMA and CMOH, Sangre Grande as well as Sangre Grande Regional Corporation proves these entities to be huge waste.
