If a traffic law is passed to for the offened drivers, they will bribe the police and the cops will not show at the hearing.

that is nothing...it happens all over trinidad and the sad part is the lack of effective traffic law enforcement. as long as a trini driver thinks he/she can get away with anything, they will do it -regardless of who get vex...

Trinidad need highway patrol and anybody caught breaking the law should pay a hefty fine. second offender should be banned from driving period if second offender continue breaking the law he or she should go to jail for a very long time.
