Where are the shoppers? The question being asked today- the 1st day of the new park and ride service in Port of Spain. The system was implemented to give Christmas shoppers a place to park without having to worry about their vehicles being wrecked. It's an option that hardly anybody chose to take advantage of...at least on the 1st day.
