PARTAP CHARGED

Colin Partap, a former minister in the Ministry of National Security, has been charged for failing to take a breathalyser test, four months after the incident took place.

The sitting member of parliament for Cumuto/ Manzanilla was served today with a summons to appear before a Port-of-Spain magistrate next year.
