Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar was presented with the Express Individual of the Year Award 2010 at the company's 33rd annual awards ceremony, at Express House, Independence Square, Port of Spain, today (February 1).

At the function, One Caribbean Media (OCM) CEO Dawn Thomas lauded Persad-Bissessar for her political achievements and commitment to national service.
