Women face challenges on a daily basis and we have a great offering of some of their stories in our pages. The Down Syndrome Family Network (DSFN) will hold its 2nd annual World Down Syndrome Day Conference on March 21 at the Hyatt Regency in Trinidad and March 22 at Magdalena Grand Resort and Spa in Tobago. US citizen Karen Gaffney who has Down syndrome will be in Trinidad and Tobago and she will be the keynote speaker at the conference, she shares her story with our readers.
