Theodore Lewis is notorious for criticising Indo-Trinidadians regularly his columns. (See Express July 8).
This is not the first time that he has been found discounting the academic success of Indian children who have achieved so much even after so many decades of PNM governance. He ascribes their success to corruption in the education system. But what does Prof Lewis have to say about Indian children excelling in Tobago where there are no Hindu or Presbyterian schools?
